We employ the best in the business.
We are always keen to hear from committed people who would like to contribute to our excellent team, making a difference to the lives of people across the communities we serve.
We believe that anyone can become a great carer if they have the right values and attitude. We are therefore committed to providing full training to help somebody get up to speed with the job even if they have not worked in care before.
Our teams, whether frontline carers or support staff, make a difference to people’s lives every day. We recognise and nurture each person’s unique strengths and interests to make sure that everyone in the Mayfair team is able to reach their full potential, while helping those in our care to achieve theirs.
As a Mayfair carer you can join us in our mission to provide high-quality care in people’s own homes by:
- Supporting somebody with practical care tasks and offering them personal, social and emotional support.
- Support people and their carers, families and loved ones with their wellbeing and achieving their goals.
- Getting to know an individual and working with them to put together an assessed and planned package of support which best suits their individual needs and lifestyle. This can include personal, practical and social support, care and maintenance.
- Supporting people to gain more independence and control in their own lives.
- Understanding a person’s cultural background and lifestyle – and providing care which is sensitive to, and supports, any aspects of this.
Why Join Mayfair?
Our skilled team members are the beating heart of everything we do, and it is important to us that they are supported and rewarded.
We are proud to offer our carers generous wellbeing initiatives and career advancement opportunities to help them to thrive in their careers and their daily roles, with a sense of purpose and fulfilment.
To help our team members be their very best, Mayfair offers:
- competitive rates of pay
- flexible working hours – including different shift patterns on offer, from between 16 and 40 hours of work per week between 7am and 10pm.
- funded training programmes
