Kelvin Smith, 63 from Aldershot has cerebral palsy and has dedicated his life to a charity for young adults with profound disabilities, raising more than £90,000, has been recognised with a natural honour. He has been given a British Citizen Award for his services to volunteering and charitable giving. He is one of 30 medallist honoured at a prestigious ceremony at the Palace of Westminster. Kelvin was nominated for the award by friends and family.
For his latest stunt Kelvin has raised over £2,500 for 'Parity for Disability' with the support of the local community and our Mayfair Homecare Farnborough branch.
